About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ON TIME CITY LOGISTICS CORP. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of logistics activities.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on equipment and vehicles as needed.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the coordination of shipments and the management of inventory.
  • Personnel Management: Supervise a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
