About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ON TIME CITY LOGISTICS CORP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Work Records and Logs: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Order Compilation and Training: Compile worksheets and specifications of orders, and train workers in duties and policies.
  • Staff Development: Arrange training for staff and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Material Requisition and Dispatch: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Shipment Tracking: Keep track of shipments and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure timely delivery.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Supervision and Teamwork
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 11-15 people.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
