Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service and Product Specialist at Combina Global Inc. This dynamic position requires a unique blend of customer service and product management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Management: Oversee product listings on e-commerce platforms, including content creation, pricing updates, and inventory management to ensure accurate product descriptions and images.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines and objectives, serving as a point of contact between departments.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer feedback to optimize product performance, suggest improvements, and implement strategies to enhance user experience, preparing project reports and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CMS tools, proficiency in CRM software and project management tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
