About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Product Analytics team at Plentyoffish Media ULC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us identify, understand, and improve business and product challenges facing our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth quantitative analyses to various stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and engineering managers, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support business intelligence and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data science, and marketing, to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to measure the impact of product changes and inform future development.
  • Take ownership of ambiguous and complex analytical assignments, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in quantitative analysis, with a strong focus on business insights and decision making.
  • Proven technical skills in working with large datasets, including data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including confidence intervals, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
