Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data practices remain best-in-class.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data needs are met and insights are effectively communicated.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science).
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
