Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Boulangerie Première Moisson. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our bakery store, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and control all store operations, including purchasing, inventory, cashiering, and costs.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision.
  • Ensure that staff provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional customer relations.
  • Optimize store profitability and ensure compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure that staff apply health and safety standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail food industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of retail food store operations, including revenue and cost management.
  • Relevant knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and human resources management.
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Spoken English is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Respect for standards and rules, with a focus on customer satisfaction and results.
