Assistant Store Manager

About the Role
Pandora is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing sales floor team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and maintain a high-performing sales floor environment, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
