Job Title: AWS Cloud Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Systems Engineer to join our team at Foresters Financial. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures on AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cloud infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical guides.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure the security and integrity of our cloud infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on cloud-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features, and recommend new technologies and best practices to the team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a focus on AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Experience with cloud security, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
