Job Title: AWS Cloud Systems EngineerJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Systems Engineer to join our team at Foresters Financial. As a Cloud Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems and infrastructure to support our business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud-based systems and infrastructure to support business applications.
  • Develop and maintain cloud security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cloud-based projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructure to support business applications, including AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
  • Monitor and analyze cloud-based systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based security controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
  • Collaborate with cloud vendors to ensure compliance with cloud security and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based documentation to ensure that cloud-based systems and infrastructure are properly documented and maintained.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
  • Experience with cloud-based security controls, including AWS IAM and AWS Cognito.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS certification, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Certified Developer - Associate.
  • Experience with cloud-based DevOps tools, such as AWS CodePipeline and AWS CodeBuild.
  • Experience with cloud-based security tools, such as AWS IAM and AWS Cognito.
