Job Title: AWS Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team at Street Context. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-based systems using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based systems using AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, ECS, Kinesis, IAM, Secrets Manager, RDS, and DMS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cloud-based projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, including provisioning and configuring AWS resources.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of cloud-based systems and data.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud-based systems for performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with AWS services, including SQS, Lambda, ECS, Kinesis, IAM, Secrets Manager, RDS, and DMS.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Terraform and other infrastructure as code tools.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Datadog and CircleCI.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Wildfly, Jira, and PagerDuty.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum.
  • Experience with in-office collaboration and team bonding activities.
