About the Role

Canna Cabana Waterloo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store performance, and leading a team of Store Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic direction and guidance to Store Managers to achieve sales and operational goals.
    • Develop and implement plans to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  • Team Development
    • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing Store Managers and sales teams.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
    • Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving store performance, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve sales and operational performance.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results.
