Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a recognized authority in AEM software solutions and technologies. Provide technical leadership in advanced AEM-focused digital marketing solutions. Direct solution architecture design and mentor teams to produce high-quality results. Architect and design scalable solutions utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Collaborate with Senior Leadership on project management, operational compliance, and risk governance. Exhibit excellent problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating a strong ability to identify and resolve issues. Propel the ongoing enhancement of delivery methodologies and planning strategies. Efficiently manage multiple client engagements and key internal initiatives simultaneously. Uphold coding standards and participate in peer code evaluations. Analyze complex project challenges, identify potential solutions, and facilitate discussions on options and recommendations with clients. Maintain a high level of technical expertise by staying current with Adobe technologies. Operate with minimal supervision and peer accountability on intricate assignments.

Required Qualifications:

7 to 10 years of demonstrated experience successfully delivering global, scalable customer-facing digital products and capabilities. Provide guidance and leadership in planning and delivery processes, implementing engagements following Agile methodologies, including SCRUM. Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming principles, ideally with experience in designing and programming applications using Java. Strong understanding of the AEM product suite and Adobe Experience Cloud, including Analytics and Target. At least 2 years of experience in migrating from other CMS platforms to AEM. Extensive experience in REST API design and implementation. Familiarity with continuous integration and robust build/test automation, preferably with cross-platform tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, JUnit, SonarQube). Strong analytical skills to manage complex challenges using various techniques. Experience in delivering complex software products in an agile environment. Exposure to public cloud technology stacks, particularly AWS. Good organizational skills, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a virtual team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Sling or OSGi frameworks, JCR API, RESTful principles, or ExtJS framework. Familiarity with the latest AEM Cloud Service is advantageous. Solid understanding of all Adobe AEM components, including templates, components, dialogs, and the AEM development and deployment processes. Ability to manage Dispatcher configurations, including rewrite rules.
