About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of complex digital marketing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Lead solution architecture design, guide, and mentor teams to develop high-quality solutions that meet technical specifications and design requirements.
  • Architect and design scalable solutions using AEM, ensuring seamless integration with other technologies and systems.
  • Liaise with senior leadership on project, operational, compliance, and risk governance, providing expert technical guidance and advice.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of delivery methodology and planning guidance, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Enforce coding standards and participate in peer code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying ahead of Adobe technologies and emerging trends.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience in delivering global and highly scalable customer-facing digital products and capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice, with a strong understanding of AEM product suite and Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience in development and migration from other CMS platforms to AEM, with a strong understanding of REST API design and implementation.
  • Extensive experience with continuous integration and robust build/test automation, with a preference for cross-platform stacks.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage complex problems using various techniques.
  • Experience in complex software product delivery in an agile environment, with exposure to public cloud technology stacks in AWS.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative, virtual team-based environment.
