About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled AEM Lead Developer to join our team at CA002 Marsh and McLennan Shared Services Canada Limited. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of sophisticated AEM-centric digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership in the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products, and services.
  • Lead solution architecture design, guide, and mentor teams to develop high-quality solutions.
  • Architect and design scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Liaise with Senior Leadership on project, operational, compliance, and risk governance.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of delivery methodology and planning guidance.
  • Efficiently multi-task, working across multiple client engagements at the same time as well as key internal initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience with a record of successfully delivering global and highly scalable customer-facing digital products and capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice, ideally with designing and programming of applications using Object-Oriented Programming Methodology applying Java language constructs.
  • Excellent understanding of AEM product suite and Adobe Experience Cloud, including Analytics and Target.
  • 2+ years experience in development and migration from other CMS platforms to AEM.
  • Extensive experience with REST API design and implementation.
  • Experience in leveraging continuous integration and robust build/test automation, with a preference for cross-platform stacks (Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, JUnit, SonarQube).
