About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bourbon Street Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and taste all dishes to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our kitchen staff improve their skills and advance their careers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and completion of a culinary arts program or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills.
