Corporate Sales Director

POPULAR TIRES SALES & SERVICE INC. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead a team of 5-10 sales professionals in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiations: Manage negotiations with clients to secure sales contracts and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills.
Our sales team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

- Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Tight Deadlines: You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The primary language of work is English.
Work Term:This is a permanent position.Hours:
