Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

POPULAR TIRES SALES & SERVICE INC. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess the performance of sales team members and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the sales department operates within budget.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations of sales contracts, and driving sales growth.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring effective coordination and communication across teams.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure the sales department has the necessary talent and expertise to succeed.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
