Job Title: Corporate Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Director to join our team at AGMD GROUP. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and driving revenue growth across our commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure AGMD GROUP remains competitive

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
