About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Director to join our team at AGMD GROUP. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and driving revenue growth across our commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure AGMD GROUP remains competitive
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
