Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Accounts Administrator to join our team at Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. This role will provide administrative support to our National Accounts team, processing a high volume of invoices, managing data, and assisting with customer service duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage a high volume of invoices for larger clients
  • Complete data management processes, including filing and uploading documentation into our ERP system
  • Assist with creating reports and quotes, including distribution and uploading
  • Collect and prepare inventory data for RFP contracts
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including reception duties on a back-up basis
  • Report on customer performance indicators
  • Assist in preparing regular reporting
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field; or 3 years' working experience
  • Ability to multi-task and be a versatile team member
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience in ERP Systems and advanced computer ability an asset
  • Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety an asset
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, listening and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
