National Accounts Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative assistance to the National Accounts division.
- Manage a substantial volume of invoices for major clients.
- Execute data management tasks, including filing and uploading documents into the ERP system.
- Generate reports and aid in the preparation of quotes, including their distribution and uploading.
- Support the collection of inventory data and assist in preparing information for RFP contracts.
- Handle customer service responsibilities, including reception duties as needed.
- Monitor and report on customer performance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field; or three years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt as a versatile team member.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced computer skills are advantageous.
- Prior experience in the Fire and Life Safety industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and customer service abilities.
- We seek an individual with outstanding interpersonal skills who can work effectively in both team settings and independently.
- Bilingual proficiency in French is considered an asset.
