Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a Long Term Care setting. This position involves supporting residents with their daily health needs and fostering meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate comprehensive care plans.
  • Conduct health screenings and engage in community health education.
  • Utilize telehealth services for remote patient care.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing program or equivalent qualifications recognized by the regulatory body.
  • Active registration with the nursing regulatory authority.
  • Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in gerontology.
  • Familiarity with MDS education tools.
