Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons Fox Creek. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, exceeding customer expectations.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient inventory management.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales to optimize business performance.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
