- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and informing business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our fast-paced environment requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. You will be working in a physically demanding role, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
