Position Overview

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare various doughs for breads, pastries, and desserts, adhering to established recipes or customized customer requests.
  • Manage inventory by requisitioning or ordering necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Execute baking processes for mixed doughs and batters to produce finished products.
  • Handle special orders with precision and creativity.
  • Decorate and frost cakes and other baked items to enhance presentation.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely output.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
Work Environment
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks as required.
