This role is part of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team in BMO, a global function with responsibility for the bank's overall real estate strategy, operations, and maintenance. As a key member of the CRE team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to optimize the bank's real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bank's real estate needs and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
  • Design and implement effective real estate strategies to support business growth and risk management
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of real estate services
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders on real estate-related matters

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate strategy and operations, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
