About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Asset Manager. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate assets, including valuations, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of real estate assets, including valuations, financial analysis, and strategic planning
  • Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate asset management, valuations, and/or investment experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Familiarity with ARGUS real estate software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to think logically and problem solve effectively
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
