Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Initiative
  • Organized
  • Reliability
Work Environment:

The Building Maintenance Worker will work in a fast-paced environment, performing a variety of tasks to maintain the comfort and safety of our facilities.
