Responsibilities:- Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal functionality.
- Conduct regular safety and security checks to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain a visually appealing and welcoming atmosphere.
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access for guests and staff.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
This is a physically demanding role that requires repetitive tasks and regular exposure to various weather conditions.
