Responsibilities:
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal functionality.
  • Conduct regular safety and security checks to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain a visually appealing and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access for guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
