About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
