Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1696899 Alberta Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments made by customers, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed attractively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that products are easily accessible.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Retail business environment.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, and reliable.
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment, supervising and coordinating the activities of store staff.
