Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Red Night Liquor Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory shrinkage
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and back office
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a liquor store or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
