Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Passenger Service Lead to join our team at Alliance Ground International. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of passenger services, including check-in, luggage, and communication with passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage passenger service teams at airport gates and ticket counters
  • Coordinate with vendors, flight, and ground handling teams to ensure seamless passenger experience
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Address passenger concerns and questions, and make announcements to update passengers on flight statuses
  • Maintain gate security and ensure only properly ticketed passengers access the jetway
  • Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for new team members
  • Enforce all ATS and airline safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
  • Valid driver's license (for some airports)
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis
  • Stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with jet and machinery noises
