Passenger Service Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Passenger Service Lead to join our team at AGI Canadian Company. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lead and manage a team of airport staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with flight and ground handling teams to ensure efficient and safe passenger processing.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for new team members to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Enforce all ATS and airline safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with passengers, team members, and station leadership.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience using relevant software and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for some airports).
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance, including a 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Stand, lift, bend, push, and pull on a frequent basis and for extended periods.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with jet and machinery noises.
