Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Orbit Carpet & Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of 3-4 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and standing for extended periods
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player
