Liquor Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Blueridge Liquor Store.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay up-to-date with store operations and provide leadership by example.
The Liquor Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet sales targets and customer demands. The ideal candidate will be able to work accurately, with attention to detail, and maintain a high level of organization and reliability.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership support to colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
