Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Station Liquor Store Ltd. DBA Station Liquor Store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Perform same duties as sales workers supervised, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and store policies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.

  • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve customer issues.
