Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to rules and regulations.
  • Assist passengers with disabilities in and out of wheelchairs, carts, and aircraft seats.
  • Transport passengers in wheelchairs or electric carts to and from concourses.
  • Provide escort services for unaccompanied minors to and from flights.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and other needs.
  • Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and airport authorities.
  • Meet PrimeFlight's customer service and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pass a background check and obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
  • Ability to lift 32 kgs and push a wheelchair with an adult.
  • Continuous standing and walking for 6-8 hours.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, squat, and reach.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to work.
