Key Responsibilities:

  • Mitigate production disruptions by accurately diagnosing issues and executing necessary interventions to maintain equipment reliability.
  • Conduct basic inspections on operational machinery.
  • Ensure availability of technical resources by maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  • Assist Base Maintenance Supervisors in executing preventive tasks during regular production and scheduled maintenance.
  • Support failure analysis efforts alongside Base Maintenance Supervisors.
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards and practices.
  • Adhere to HSE protocols, report incidents, conduct inspections, and participate in investigations.
  • Implement preventive and corrective measures, maintaining updated risk assessments and environmental evaluations.
  • Manage and maintain the maintenance information system and technical documentation relevant to the area.
  • Participate in maintenance initiatives aimed at optimizing energy usage.
  • Analyze and recommend actions for complex issues.
  • Engage with internal and external contacts with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Act as a shift leader, responsible for guiding team members during assigned shifts, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Ensure compliance with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Foster a motivating environment by coaching and developing staff while managing HR-related activities in accordance with established norms and procedures. Safeguard facilities, equipment, and resources from damage or misuse.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or specialization in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Previous supervisory experience is highly regarded.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

  • 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Work is conducted in a steel manufacturing environment.
