We are seeking a Mechanical Patrol Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at Tenaris.

Career Development: Lead and manage the implementation of preventive maintenance strategies, ensuring thorough analysis, corrective action planning, and identification of improvement opportunities. Learning and Growth: Offer technical guidance, conduct inspections, and assist the Engineering department in evaluating optimal equipment solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Reduce production disruptions by accurately diagnosing issues and executing necessary interventions to maintain equipment reliability. Conduct basic inspections on operational machinery. Ensure the availability of technical resources and maintain appropriate stock levels. Assist Base Maintenance Supervisors with preventive tasks during production and scheduled maintenance. Support failure analysis efforts led by Base Maintenance Supervisors. Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards and practices. Adhere to HSE protocols, report incidents or observations, perform inspections, and engage in investigative processes. Implement preventive and corrective measures, keeping risk assessments and environmental evaluations current. Manage and update maintenance information systems and technical documentation, ensuring accurate records for the assigned area. Participate in maintenance initiatives aimed at optimizing energy usage. Analyze and interpret complex issues, providing actionable recommendations. Engage with internal and external stakeholders with a higher degree of autonomy. Act as a shift leader, coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring workplace safety during shifts. Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Foster a motivating environment by coaching, communicating with, and developing team members while managing HR-related activities in accordance with company norms. Safeguard facilities, equipment, and resources assigned to the area from damage or misuse.Required Qualifications:
Degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. Previous supervisory experience is highly regarded.Work Schedule & Conditions:
12-hour rotating shifts. Work is conducted in a steel manufacturing environment.What Tenaris Provides:
