Mechanical Patrol Shift Supervisor

This role is a key part of our Maintenance Department, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of employees during assigned shifts, coordinating schedules and ensuring work safety conditions.
  • Develop and supervise the execution of preventive maintenance plans, ensuring systematic analysis and corrective actions.
  • Perform inspections, provide technical support, and support the Engineering area in researching and assessing equipment.
  • Minimize the impact of failures on production processes by ensuring correct diagnosis and execution of necessary interventions.
  • Verify technical resource availability and ensure a suitable minimum stock.
  • Support Base Maintenance Supervisors in the execution of preventive tasks and failure analyses.
  • Ensure the application of health, safety, and environment standards and practices.
  • Implement preventive/corrective actions, update risk analysis, and environmental aspect assessment.
  • Manage and update the maintenance information system and technical documentation.
  • Participate in maintenance programs to minimize/optimize energy use.
  • Analyze, interpret, and recommend courses of action for complex topics.
  • Interact with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Mechatronic or mechanical specialization/degree.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a strong asset.
