- A valid cosmetology or barber license as mandated by local regulations.
- A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency with technology and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities, including system closures at the end of the day.
- Basic literacy, numeracy, and writing skills are essential.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Good vision is necessary to assess a client's hair, including close vision, color recognition, and the ability to adjust focus.
- If you thrive on being active, this role allows for movement; you will be standing, lifting, and reaching frequently. Comfort with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks is required, including occasional lifting of 10-25 lbs.
- Our treatments involve the use of chemicals and fragrances, which you will encounter. A tolerance for these elements is necessary.
