Weekend Support Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Spectrum Health Care Inc. in Thornhill. As a Weekend Support Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and skincare.
- Continuously assess and respond to the changing needs of patients, communicating available resources as needed.
- Perform delegated and assigned tasks under the supervision of a Home Support Supervisor.
- Travel within assigned regions to provide care and support to patients in their residences or facilities.
- Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a Ministry-approved program.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification.
- Updated immunization record, including TB Test (within the last 6 months).
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
