About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at O2E Brands. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business initiatives by providing fact-based, data-driven insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis: Provide detailed analysis and insights to inform business decisions. Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract data from various sources. Build and edit data views in our data warehouse to support business needs.
  • Data Governance: Collaborate with data stewards and owners to ensure data quality and integrity. Identify and support standardization of key performance indicators to measure business success. Partner with the data warehouse manager to ensure customer records are accurate and segmentation is intact.
  • Technology: Manage and maintain our Tableau Online server, including user and content management. Identify and resolve errors in daily updates for key sources. Develop reports in Salesforce to support business needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Tableau certification is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $53,000 to $66,000 (commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
  • Total Compensation Package includes Extended Health and dental benefits. Enjoy access to gym facilities at our corporate head office.
