Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Reservations Department: Plan, train, support, and evaluate the performance of the reservations team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate professionalism, promptness, quality, and efficiency in all interactions with internal and external customers, including groups and individuals.
  • Optimize Operations: Analyze and improve operational and tactical procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage Group Requests: Coordinate with the convention service team to fulfill group needs and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Create and Manage Blocks and Packages: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Support Revenue Management: Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to analyze market trends, optimize room rates, and maximize revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, with a similar role or relevant experience.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software, analytical mind, and knowledge of e-commerce and social media platforms.
  • Language: Bilingualism (French-English) is required, as we serve international clients.
