Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Marriott International. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of all aspects of guest service.

About the Role

As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and staff alike. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, coordinating room assignments, handling guest complaints, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest services
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily logs and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and hotel performance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
