Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at 1722025 ALBERTA LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional cleanliness standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective cleaning operations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless operations
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members
- 1-7 months of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods
- 40 hours per week
- English is the primary language of communication
