Job Title: Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Moir Crane. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents; process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically; send and receive messages.
  • Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks; compile data, statistics, and other information; order office supplies and maintain inventory; perform data entry.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service; label, file, and retrieve documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer Skills: MS Word, Accounting software, Simply Accounting, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, WordPerfect.
  • Personal Qualities: Hardworking, outgoing, positive attitude, quick learner, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player.
