Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Store Associate to join our team at Wenkai Garden Fresh. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain accurate inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders, including bagging and packaging items for customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and walk or bend as needed.
  • Language: Fluency in English required.
