We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Nuvei Technologies Corp. as a Corporate Governance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and conducting research to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Services Coordination
- Coordinate administrative services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Corporate Governance
- Evaluate department operations to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct research to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
- Develop and implement corporate governance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Risk Management
- Identify and assess risks to the organization
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Reporting and Communication
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience
- 5 years or more of experience in administrative services or corporate governance
- Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
