About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Nuvei Technologies Corp. as a Corporate Governance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and conducting research to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination
    • Coordinate administrative services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Corporate Governance
    • Evaluate department operations to identify areas for improvement
    • Conduct research to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
    • Develop and implement corporate governance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and assess risks to the organization
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in administrative services or corporate governance
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
