Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Nuvei Technologies Corp. This role will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and conducting research to support corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative services, including tendering and administering contracts, conducting internal audits, and consulting with government regulatory agencies.
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Conduct research to support corporate governance and regulatory compliance, including preparing reports and briefs for management committees.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees, evaluating administrative services and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in administrative services, corporate governance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Fluency in English.
